Junior Pairs Handicap
This years winners were Shantelle Harvey & Kyle Wilcock (Thistleyfield), who beat Callum Fergus & Joe Howarth (Wardle) 21-14 in the final.
Although a lower number of entrants than previous years (22 players), the competition was enjoyed by a good crowd of supporters and general spectators. There were some very competitive games. The Final was a game which looked like being won easily with a score at 17-6 for Shantelle & Kyle. However Callum & Joe stuck at their task and with some excellent ends brought the score to 19-14. Further excellent bowling leads by Kyle with good supporting bowls from Shantelle enabled them to win the final with a score of 21-14 to a round of applause from all attending.
